Jane Glennie

Graphic Design.

Over ten years experience as a freelance graphic designer and typographer, working with Glennie McIntosh since 1996 on a wide range of material, including brochures, newsletters and exhibitions, and for a wide range of key clients both corporate and public sector.

An honours degree in Typography & Graphic Communication from Reading University, a design course unique in its emphasis on the most effective communication of the written word.

Two years spent as the in-house designer for the Institute of Food Research, supporting public understanding of science objectives, and the publication needs of over 300 scientists.

My earliest creative passion was textiles and I still get out my sewing machine as often as I can though not as often as I’d like. Elsewhere my enthusiasm is for playing softball (a cross between baseball and rounders) and regularly play for Ascot Blues Softball Club in both local leagues and in national competitions.
